Returns

We want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 daysof delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must also be in the original packaging

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank. Processing time often takes 5–10 business days.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@manboxgear.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@manboxgear.com.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us at support@manboxgear.com and we’ll provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
